面對今日這瞬息萬變的時代,企業必需投入大量的人力和資源在研究發展上,為了幫助企業找到具有優秀創新思維與行為的研發人員,並強化企業的競爭實力,故本研究試圖建立一份關於研發人員科學素養的量表。透過文獻的探討與業界人士的建議,進一步發展這份量表,期許能為企業找出具有創新思維的研發人員,或在企業甄選與教育訓練時,能提供幫助。

英文摘要

High-tech industry in Taiwan has been playing an important role in the knowledge economy era. R&D personnel are the key to business in competitiveness; however scientific literacy is the ability to meet the basic elements of innovation. This study tries to develop an instrument of R&D personnel's scientific literacy. By providing an effective measurement, we expect to find excellent R&D personnel or to be helpful for the selection of personnel in enterprises.
