目的：本研究目的在於建立一個測量運動教練工作價值的工具，有別於以往Super以工作特性來檢驗運動教練工作價值觀，本研究以Eccles的價值信念為量表編製之基礎。方法：研究參與者為119位運動教練，初步題項經由專家檢驗內容及邏輯效度後，進行探索性因素分析、鑑別度及內部一致性之檢驗程序。結果：本研究得到成就樂趣價值、實用價值、重要他人的期望代價、失敗的心理代價、以及失去從事其他機會的代價5個因素，量表最終版本為18題。結論：本研究提供量表初步的信度及效度支持，但未來還需要更多研究來確認此量表的適當性。

Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to establish a measurement to evaluate the work values of sport coaches. The development of the scale to evaluate sport coaches work values was based on Eccles Expectancy-value theory rather than Super's work characteristics used by past studies. Method: Data were collected from 119 sport coaches. The analysis procedure included content and logical validity, the exploratory factor analysis (EFA), item discrimination analysis, and internal consistency examination. Results: The results revealed 18-item 5-factor consisting achievement and pleasure value, practical value, significant others' expectancy cost, psychological failure cost and cost of losing the chance to engage in other activities. Conclusions: The scale provided initial reliability and validity support, however, more studies are required to verify the appropriateness of the scale.
