目的:本研究旨在瞭解在大專桌球課程中融入運動教育模式,對於大專學生職場共通職能的影響。方法:隨機選取一班大二必修桌球課程班級的學生,作為本研究對象,學生人數共36位,進行為期一學年的實驗操弄,於上學期初進行共通職能前測,於下學期末進行共通職能後測。結果:一、大專學生在溝通表達(t =-2.845, p<.05)、持續學習(t =-2.743, p<.05)、人際互動(t =-4.448, p<.05)、團隊合作(t =-4.448, p<.05)皆達到顯著差異情形。二、男學生在人際互動(t =-2.309, p<.05)及團隊合作(t =-2.739, p<.05)有達到顯著差異情形。三、女學生在溝通表達(t =-2.865, p<.05)、持續學習(t =-2.313, p<.05)、人際互動(t =-3.761, p<.05)及團隊合作(t =-3.425, p<.05)有達到顯著差異情形。四、不同性別學生前測成績,在溝通表達(t =2.030, p<.05)、人際互動(t =2.737, p<.05)及創新(t =2.101,p<.05)達顯著差異;而在後測成績,不同性別學生則無顯著差異存在。結論:一、運動教育模式融入大專桌球課程的教學,對於溝通表達職能、持續學習職能、人際互動職能及團隊合作職能的養成有所助益。二、於大專桌球課程中融入運動教育模式的課程設計,對於不同性別學生的職場共通職能提升皆有所成效。 |
英文摘要 |
Purpose: The study aims to understand the influence of college table tennis courses integrated into sport education model on generic workplace competency for college students. Method: A compulsory table tennis class of sophomore students was ramdomly chosen as the participants of this study. The number of students was 36. The experiment lasted for one academic year. The pre-test of generic competency was conducted at the beginning of the first semester and the post-test of generic competency was performed at the end of the second semester. Result: 1. There are significant differences in terms of communication (t =-2.845, p<.05), continued learning (t =-2.743, p<.05), interpersonal interaction (t =-4.448, p<.05), teamwork (t =-4.448, p<.05). 2. Male students are signicantly different in terms of interpersonal interaction (t =-2.309, p<.05) and teamwork (t =-2.739, p<.05). 3. Female students are significantly different as for communication (t =-2.865, p<.05), continued learning (t =-2.313, p<.05), interpersonal interaction (t =-3.761, p<.05), teamwork (t =-3.425, p<.05). 4. For the pre-test, students of different genders are significantly different as for communication (t =2.030, p<.05), interpersonal interaction (t =2.737, p<.05), creation (t =2.101, p<.05). However, there is no significant difference for the post-test. Conclusion: 1. College table tennis courses integrated into sport education model is beneficial to the development of communication competency, continued learning competency, interpersonal interaction competency and teamwork competency. 2. The course design of college table tennis integrated into sport education model is valuable to promote generic workplace competency of students of different genders. |
