本研究旨在瞭解馬拉松志工的參與現況,以及比較不同人口統計變項對賽會志工參與動機與情緒勞動對工作滿意度之影響,以真理大學南北兩校區參加過馬拉松志工的師生與職工進行問卷調查,共發放300 份問卷,實際回收242 份問卷,實際回收率80.6%。本研究以SPSS19 版進行問卷分析,且依據研究目的,以描述性統計、相關與逐步迴歸分析進行資料處理與分析。研究結果顯示參與動機、情緒勞動與工作滿意度之間具有正向相關,且參與動機與情緒勞動對工作滿意度具有73.9%的累積解釋力;同時,30 歲以上之女性與教職身分者的工作滿意與參與動機較男性高,受測者的參與動機主要以拓展人際關係為主。 |
英文摘要 |
The study aims to understand the participated motivation of marathon volunteers, and to explore whether the variety demography of marathons volunteers influence their motivation, emotional labor on job satisfaction. Data was collected from 300 volunteers who is studying or working both on Tamsui and Tainan campus of Aletheia University have been a volunteer above one time in the marathon event. 300 questionnaires are distributed and the return rate is 80.6%. The study adopts the SPSS 19 and the methodologies of descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis are used to analyze the result. The findings showed that the relationship between participated motivation and emotional labor is positive significant and it influences volunteers’ job satisfaction, explaining 73.9% of total variance. Meanwhile, the female subjects who at 30 years of age are working at Aletheia University much satisfied than the others on participated motivation and job satisfaction. To develop interpersonal relationships is crucial for the subjects’ participated motivation. |
