國際化的快速發展,企業赴他國投資已日趨普遍,使得國際人力資源在全球競爭上更扮演著重要性的角色。因此,要如何從目前的人力資源中,挑選合適且有效的外派經理人,以配合國際化之營運,是跨國企業的重要議題,也是國際人力資源重要的一環。故本研究以外派大陸經理人為對象,藉以了解「海外適應情況」、「個人能力」對「工作績效」的影響。期望能夠提供將接受公司外派大陸的經理人所有警惕,以免因適應不良與個人能力不足造成個人的績效不佳,進而造成企業營業的困擾。 |
英文摘要 |
Fast developments resulting from internationalization has made popular the trend of enterprise's investment decision in foreign countries, making international human resource plays even more important role in global competitions.However, the selection of the right and effective expatriates to successfully carry out the company's international operation mission is the important task to these multinational companies. This study is to realize the influence on expatriate managers international adaptation, Competence and expatriate's performance in China. Hopefully, this study could offer some suggestions for expatriates assigned to China for the reason of avoiding less adaptation and worse performance to impact on expatriates' career plan and company operation. |
