E化溝通途徑是親師溝通模式之一,除了學校教師以e-mail、班級網頁或自行開發之軟體做為進行親師溝通途徑外,軟體公司或手機廠商亦不斷開發網際網路結合手機之新產品,透過政府教育局徵詢學校意願推動試辦,例如民國87、88、93年分別在台北市及高雄市均試辦過電子聯絡簿,然該等計畫均不見持續且全面性推動,其問題何在?電子親師溝通模式究竟能達到哪些效能?有何限制?為本研究關心的焦點。本研究以文獻探討、訪談法,從教師、電子聯絡簿結構與機制,深入探討電子連絡簿的溝通功能與使用者需求之關聯性、溝通成效以及實施之困境,並提出改進建議。研究結果發現,E化溝通模式具多元溝通之存在價值,但通常非主要溝通管道,從教師角度分析:家庭數位落差、電子產品使用習慣、教師工作量的改變、系統操作之方便性等因素,影響教師採用e化溝通模式意願;從家長角度分析:消費者具有自由選擇權、E化溝通需求、溝通效能、數位落差、信任關係、方便性因素、消費性問題、閱讀舒適性及系統因素,均是E化溝通系統再提昇,以滿足使用者需求之處。

英文摘要

E-communication is a way for teachers and parents. It includes e-mail, class website and software Some new products developed by software or cell phone companies were asked for trial on schools' will. For instance, Taipei and Kaohsiung did the trial of E-homebook in 1998, 1999 and 2004. However, we didn't see the communication plan prolonged all over. Why? The purpose of this research is to study the effects of E-communication for teacher and parents, the correlation between its function and users' requests, also its limits. Methodologies are literature study and interview. Objects are teachers using E-homebook, also the structure and mechanism of E-homebook. Recommendations are to included. Come outs: multiple communicating values exist but E-communication isn't the main communicating way; teachers' will of adopting it are affected by digital discrepancy between families, habits of electronic items, change of working volume and convenience of operation; parents are affected by consumer's freedom on option, e-communication request, communicating effect, digital discrepancy, confidence, convenience, consumption problems, comfort of reading and system factors. Recommendation: take above come outs into consideration to promote the e-communication system and satisfy the requests from users.
