隨著創造力受到重視,創意教學也成了第一線教師的重要議題。基層教學工具專業性,存有高學歷、完整訓練與證照體系,然而過往文獻對此討論相對不足。本研究之目的在於討論小學教師知覺工作特性、職場友誼、創造性努力三者問之關係,以及這些結果在創意教學上可能之助益。研究過程採問卷調查方式,受訪對象爲專任國小教師,回收有效問卷144份(有效回收率72%)。研究發現小學教師知覺工作特性正面程度(高自主性、多樣化、高回饋性)有助於職場友誼與創造性努力,職場友誼與創造性努力間也具有正向關係。最後,提出實際教學與後續研究的建議。 |
英文摘要 |
With the emphasis on the creativity, the need of creative teaching is becoming more and more important. Yet little known about the fact of elementary school teachers’ creativity, this study examined the relationship between job characteristics, workplace friendship, and Creative discretion. The subjects were teachers in elementary school in Taipei County, Taiwan. A total of 200 questionnaires were mailed out, of which 144 were completed and considered as valid. The results confirmed our hypotheses: there were positive relationships between perceived job characteristics, workplace friendship, and creative discretion of elementary school teachers. Some implications of these findings for educational organizations and scholars are discussed. |
