隨著生活物質越趨富裕,慢性病罹患率逐年增加,因心臟病、高血壓、心肌梗塞與動脈硬化等心血管疾病而死亡的人數,也逐年攀升。規律運動對於心血管有正面的影響,可幫助人體調控血壓與血脂肪,讓心血管系統產生變化,使血壓下降、減少血栓形成以及預防動脈硬化,進一步降低心血管疾病的發生機率。建議可採取每週3至5天,每次至少10分鐘,單日累積30分鐘以上的中等強度有氧運動,像是跑走、游泳或騎自行車等,即可幫助調控心血管功能,降低罹患高血壓、高血脂或血管硬化的風險。倡導適度運動對於人體的益處,預防勝於治療,讓我們遠離心血管疾病,並希望藉由規律運動來改善國人的健康與生活品質。

英文摘要

With the abundant sufficiency of material life, the happening rate of chronic disease cases gradually increases. Death caused by cardiovascular disease, like cardiopathy, hypertension, myocardial infarction, or arteriosclerosis, is also increasing. Regular exercise can bring positive effect for cardiovascular system. Regular exercise can help maintaining blood pressure and blood fat. It makes change of cardiovascular system, including of lowering the blood pressure, reducing the thrombosis and preventing from atherosclerosis, in order to decrease the rate of cardiovascular disease. Recommendation has that taking aerobic exercise, like running, walking, swimming or bike-riding, at average intense for 3 to 5 days per a week, at least 10 minutes per a time, accumulating to 30 minutes per a day, can help maintain cardiovascular function, lessening the risk of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and vascular sclerosis. We propose the benefit of appropriate exercise since prevention is better than cure. Let people prevent ourselves from cardiovascular disease. We hope to improve compatriots' health and quality of life by regular exercise.
