組織社會化策略在當前快速變動的組織環境中佔有十分重要的意涵,對於新進人員及面臨組織變革之人員都有重要影響。而組織社會化過程中,組織引導新進人員進行組織社會化的活動與措施即為社會化策略(socialization tactics)。在西方研究當中,組織社會化策略相關研究成果已經十分豐碩,多以組織社會化的過程為大多數,部分研究是以社會化策略的角度探討新進人員的影響。在台灣,組織社會化相關研究近年逐漸受到學者的重視,組織社會化策略為主的研究數量還有許多值得探究的空間。故本研究目的在探討組織社會化策略的內涵與影響,針對過去的研究成果進行整合與分析,並提出五點實務之淺見,期以進一步提供企業組織實務上可能的思考與執行方向。在後續研究的部分,本研究建議後續研究者可以往個人式社會化以及組織變革後組織社會化等領域進行探討。
