遊戲化的應用在現今企業中越來越多,並在人力資源領域中被熱烈討論,桌遊屬遊戲化遊戲式學習的其中一種方式。本研究之研究目的在於透過個案蒐集深入探討現今實務界桌遊之應用情形,本研究蒐集2016至2020年企業應用桌遊之實務個案,一共蒐集8篇個案文章,探討現今企業中運用桌遊之情形以及其影響,並試圖以遊戲化內容項目與遊戲化八角框架理論之核心動機加以歸納與分類。研究結果顯示,目前桌遊的應用多在學習動機的引起、訓練期間的學習效果、學習遷移所形成的核心動力為主,對於員工的學習具有正向影響,亦可有效產生學習遷移,發揮於其他人力資源實務之中。本研究依據上述,提出未來研究方向與建議,供實務界參考。
