現今是以數據驅動商業的時代,運用人工智慧技術可以提高企業與組織的績效和生產力,是各個產業的發展趨勢,若將人工智慧應用在面談上,除了可以縮短面試流程外,人工智慧面試官可對應徵者之微表情、聲音和肢體語言等進行大五人格特質分析,以及預測其職場表現,以客觀的立場協助企業找到最合適的人才。因此,本研究目的為探討企業使用人工智慧面談的關鍵成功因素,並以層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)建構出各個構面的重要性排序。本研究之研究對象以上班族與學生為主,有效問卷共28份,根據文獻歸納出影響人工智慧面談之因素,包括產業特性、企業特性、人員特性以及外部因素四項主構面,再由每個主構面進一步細分四個次構面,共16個指標,最後將以上指標依照影響人工智慧面談的重要性進行排序並加以討論,並且針對企業規模差異來分析人工智慧面談的關鍵優先順序。期望本研究結果,可為企業提供導入人工智慧面談之方向,並給予相關實務建議。
