本研究旨在探討運用核心反應訓練(Pivotal Response Training, PRT)藉以增進具有非慣例性口語行為之發展遲緩幼兒溝通能力之成效。研究設計使用單一受試實驗法之撤回設計,每周進行一至兩次教學,每次約六十分鐘,為期十周。研究資料採目視分析、觀察者間一致性與程序信度檢驗介入成效,並進行社會效度,以了解該介入是否符合個案需求。研究結果顯示PRT介入後,個案的溝通能力及與他人的互動皆有所提升外,非慣例性口語溝通所產生的攻擊行為也有所下降。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Pivotal Response Training on promoting communication skills for unconventional verbal behavior of child with developmental delays. This study utilized A-B-C of single-subject experimental design. The targeted participant received 60 minutes of intervention one or two days per week, and total was 10 weeks of intervention. The visual analysis, interobserver agreement, and procedure fidelity were used to analyze the outcomes of intervention, while social validity was implemented to understand whether such intervention meets the needs of targeted participant. The results revealed that was effective for the improvement of communication skills and social interaction, and the reduction of aggressive behaviors due to unconventional verbal behavior. |
