The paper aims to explore the connotation of 3-6-year-old children's education in a public kindergarten in Hualien County. Due to the declining birth rate and the sparse population in the eastern region, the management of the kindergarten has become an important issue. How to make use of the concept of satisfaction in the field of management to propose important strategies to achieve sustainable management is the main goal of this paper. Also the paper takes a public kindergarten in Hualien County as the object of discussion and research. Under the impact of the epidemic and the state of declining birth rate, it proposes how to maintain good service quality and improve satisfaction, so as to increase the maximum effect of students' schooling. After the questionnaire survey of the actual influencing factors, under the analysis of the reliability and effect, the following results are obtained.1. In terms of narrative analysis: The quality of preschool education services and the professionalism of teachers have the greatest impact on parents. In terms of satisfaction with the safety and environment of kindergarten service quality, it belongs to the upper-middle level. 2. In terms of correlation analysis: safety environment, professionalism of teachers, curriculum design and business philosophy all have significant positive correlations with satisfaction, and 3. There is a significant positive correlation between teacher professionalism and satisfaction in the quality of preschool education services by using regression analysis. Hence, it can be used as a reference for future research in this area.
