本研究旨在探討桃園縣公立國民中學教師人格特質、教師工作壓力與學教師復原力之關係,試圖了解桃園縣國民中學教師人格特質、教師工作壓力與教師復原力之現況,分析不同背景變項填答者對此三個變項之差異情形、談討三個變項之間的相關、預測及因果關係,並探究桃園縣各鄉鎮市國民中學教師在上述變項得分之群聚情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以桃園縣58所公立國民中學教師為研究母群,並抽取644位教師為研究樣本,以「國民中學教師人格特質、工作壓力與復原力問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、t考驗、F考驗、積差相關、典型相關、多元迴歸、結構方程式與階層集群分析等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結果如下: 一、桃園縣公立國民中學教師人格特質、工作壓力與復原力之現況佳。 二、不同背景變項填答者對教師人格特質、工作壓力與復原力知覺有所不同。 三、教師人格特質與教師工作壓力呈現顯著負相關;教師人格特質與教師復原力呈現顯著正相關;教師工作壓力與教師復原力呈現顯著負相關。 四、教師人格特質、工作壓力與復原力具有預測力。 五、教師工作壓力是教師人格特質與教師復原力的中介變項。 六、桃園縣各鄉鎮市公立國民中學教師在人格特質、工作壓力與復原力有群聚關係。 本研究依據上述結果,提出之建議如下: 對教育行政機關之建議:開辦心理方面之研習課程與活動、成立教師工作壓力的諮詢或溝通管道、教育政策的確立與穩定實施;對校長之建議:營造友善校園為學校經營目標、適當調整職務或教學、行政業務工作量、成立學習共同體,傳承資深教師豐富的教學經驗、鼓勵教師在職進修或參加學分班;對教師之建議:積極主動參與各項研習與活動、安排休閒活動,調整工作壓力、多和親友分享生活,強化個人復原力強度。 |
英文摘要 |
This study was aimed to investigate the current situation, different background variables effect, correlations, forecast, and intermediary effect among teachers’ personality traits, job stress, and resilience of public junior high schools in Taoyuan County. The method adopted in this study was survey research. Adopting stratified random sampling, data were collected from 644 samples that included teachers in 58 schools. All data collected were analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, SEM, and cluster analysis. The conclusions are as follows: 1.The junior high school teachers’ personality traits, job stress and resilience are good in Taoyuan County. 2.Teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception in teachers’ personality traits, job stress and resilience. 3.There is a significantly negative correlation between teachers’ personality traits and teachers’ job stress. And there is a negative correlation between teachers’ job stress and teachers’ resilience. However there is a moderate positive correlation between teachers’ personality traits and teachers’ resilience. 4.Teachers’ personality traits and teachers’ job stress have the significant prediction toward teachers’ resilience. 5.Teachers’ job stress is a moderate variable between teachers’ personality traits and teachers’ resilience. 6.In Taoyuan County, every county city, township and town presents in different groups in this research with three variable scores. According to the results above, offering suggests as follows: To education administrations: Offering researches and studies; establish communication channels; unequivocal education policies. To principals: Create a friendly campus; adjust the workload; teacher mentoring; encourage teachers to pursue further education. To teachers: Actively participation in activities; arrange activities in leisure time; share life with family and friends. |
