科技產業在全球市場競爭激烈之情況下,必定講求高速度與高效率,使得科技業從業人員在工作上產生了許多的不確定性,而產生工作壓力。工作壓力容易造成情緒上的耗竭,進而導致工作倦怠,甚至發生使員工離職率提高。故本研究以科技業從業人員為研究範疇,針對科技業中的半導體產業-以台積電為研究對象,嘗試探討科技業從業人員之工作壓力、工作倦怠與離職傾向三者間的影響為何,並以工作倦怠為中介變項,探討彼此間的相關性。研究結果發現: 1. 工作壓力對工作倦怠有顯著正向影響。 2. 工作壓力對離職傾向有顯著正向影響。 3. 工作倦怠對離職傾向有顯著正向影響。 4. 工作倦怠為工作壓力與離職傾向的中介變項。 |
英文摘要 |
Under the highly competition in the global market, high technology industry which emphasizes speed and efficiency make their employees easy to produce many uncertainties due to stress at work. Working pressure is likely to cause emotional exhaustion, leading to job burnout or even make the employee turnover rate. Therefore, this thesis attempts to explore the relationship among working pressure, job burnout and turnover intention for the high technology industry employees and taking the TSMC employees as the research example. We also use the burnout as a mediator to explore the correlation between working pressure and turnover intention. The research results showed that: 1. Working pressure has a significant positive impact on job burnout. 2. Working pressure has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. 3. Burnout has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. 4. Burnout is a mediator between working pressure and turnover intention. |
