本研究旨在探討臺灣地區大學生運動參與和睡眠品質之相關性。以851位學生為研究對象(男生359位,平均年齡18.98±0.95歲;女生492位,平均年齡18.91±0.85歲),研究工具為匹茲堡睡眠品質量表與運動參與問卷,測驗所得數據以SPSS for windows 18.0套裝統計軟體處理,以描述性統計、卡方檢定、獨立樣本t考驗及Pearson相關係數等方法進行比較分析,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:一、大學生運動參與以學校場地、體育課時間、同儕及球類運動 為主,每次運動時間在31-60分鐘、運動強度為有點累、每週運動2.43±1.39天,主要動機為 提升個人健康與體適能,未來希望能學習各種運動技能與運動減重的方法。二、平均睡眠總分5.77±2.50 分,平均睡眠時數為6.33±1.19小時。三、BMI與體適能相關上,仰臥起坐與立定跳遠達顯著負相關;心肺耐力跑走達顯著正相關。四、男生組睡眠總分與心肺耐力跑走達顯著正相關。五、男、女學生就寢時間達顯著正相關,與睡眠時達顯著負相關。結論:BMI愈大心肺耐力跑走的時間就顯著愈長;仰臥起坐的次數顯著較少;立定跳遠的距離也顯著愈短,顯示BMI愈大者的體適能表現就愈差。愈晚就寢者其睡眠總分就顯著愈高;睡眠時數愈長者,其睡眠總分也就顯著愈低。 |

This study was to investigate the effect of the sports participation on the sleep time in college students. 851 participative students including 359 male students with average age 18.98±0.95 and 492 female students with average age 18.91±0.85. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used for evaluating the sleep quality and the sports participation. Data was analyzed using SPSS for windows 18.0 system for descriptive statistics, Chi-square test, independent samples t-test, and Pearson, significance different is α=.05. The results are as follows: (1). In school physical education time, 31-60 minutes each exercise, 2.43±1.39 days a week, and exercise intensity was a little tired to enhance personal health and physical fitness. Further, to learn various sports and the method of the exercise weight loss. (2). The mean of sleep score is 5.77±2.50 and of sleep time is 6.33±1.19 hr. (3). Compare the BMI and physical fitness: sit and reach and standing broad jump have a significant negative correlation; cardiorespiratory endurance has a significant positive correlation. (4). In male group, the sleep score and cardiorespiratory endurance has a significant positive correlation. (5). Male and female students' bedtime reached a significantly positively correlated and the sleep time has a significant negative correlation. Conclusion: higher BMI have a longer time of cardiorespiratory endurance, a fewer number of sit and reach, and a shorter distance of standing long jump. The result shows higher BMI perform the more poor physical fitness. Higher sleep score was observed in goes to bed late. Low sleep score was observed in longer sleep time. |
