本研究旨在建構一個二維模糊語意績效評估模式,並以十位亞洲男子網球選手的比賽績效為例,以驗證其可行性及效能。所採用之研究法及其特點有五,其一異於過往文獻,採用專家群主觀式評判;其二採用模糊語意變數克服資料的不精準和不完整,可精確傳達專家意見;其三運用二維模糊語意演算法改善繁複的演算過程,使績效評估可有效率地完成;其四以德爾菲法整合專家群意見,可獲得高質量共識及信度;其五建立績效改善方案的回饋機制,有利於改善受評者比賽績效。本研究採用九項評估指標,並以十五位教練組成專家群。由所得之評估結果發現:一、第一發球成功率及第二發球勝球率為最受重視的評估指標;二、十位受評者的比賽績效被評為普通等級,其亞洲排名與績效排序無顯著相關;三、本研究從不同面向提出改善方案,以供受評者改善比賽績效之參考,例如在策略面上建議減少比賽項數,即可有效改善其績效。基於前述之發現,顯示此模式具有簡易、效率化且相對精確性的優點,其可行性及效能已初步獲得驗證,可嘗試推廣至其他運動領域。

This study aimed at constructing a 2-tuple fuzzy linguistic performance evaluation model for evaluating the performances of Asian men tennis players, proposing improvement suggestions and validating model feasibility and effectiveness. Five special points existed in this model. First was the adoption of subjective evaluation by experts, which was a pilot research. Second was the employment of fuzzy linguistic variables to overcome information imprecision and incompleteness and represent exactly expert opinions. Third was the use of 2-tuple fuzzy linguistic computing algorithm to complete efficiently performance evaluation task. Fourth was the utilization of Delphi method to integrate expert opinions for getting high-quality consensus and reliability. The other was the establishment of feedback mechanism to improve performance status. Nine evaluation measures were used and 15 coaches/teachers composed the expert group. Several findings were obtained from the evaluation results, including: The measures ”1st serve percentage” and ”2nd serve points won” were evaluated as the most important ones. The correlation between Asian rankings and tournament Performance rankings was not significant. Finally, this study presented the improvement proposals from technical, athletic, strategic and mental viewpoints in order to enhance player performance. These findings showed that this model has the characteristic of simplicity, efficiency and rigorousness, and its performance has already received preliminary validation.
