本研究根據文獻理論建構敎保人員工作壓力與因應策略模式,目的在探討其在工作壓力與因應策略之現況及其相關情形。模式包含工作壓力與因應策略二個潛在變項及十個觀察變項。本研究以結構方程模式分析實徵研究結果,以了解建構的模式與教保人員的觀察資料適配度。研究工具爲自編之「敎保人員工作壓力與因應策略量表」,研究對象爲台南縣私立幼托園所敎保人員,採隨機分層叢集取樣方法抽取372人爲樣本,有效受試者共計291位可用率爲78.22%。研究結果發現:一、敎保人員在工作上感受中上程度壓力,以「園所行政壓力」最高,其次是「人際關係壓力」與「園所競爭壓力」。二、敎保人員面對壓力採取的因應策略都能以正面積極的態度解決問題。敎師們會尋求專業資源協助,不會採取逃避忍受或不良功能方式的因應策略。三、在工作壓力與因應策略模式適配度方面,本研究模式符合基本適配度的評鑑標準。而在工作壓力與因應策略模式在變項間效果及對觀察指標的效果方面,研究結果顯示與教保人員在工作壓力與因應策略之現況是一致的。因此,本研究的結果可以讓從事幼托園所敎保工作的老師們參考。 |
英文摘要 |
This study built the model of working pressure and coping strategy of preschool teachers according to the literature theory. The purpose of this study was to explore the current situation of working pressure and coping strategy of preschool teachers and the relationship between them. The model consisted of two latent variables with working pressure and coping strategy and ten observing variables. This study analyzed empirical results by using the structure equation modeling in order to understand the Lit between the built model and observing material of preschool teachers. The instrument was the self-designed ”Questionnaire of Working Pressure and Coping strategy of Preschool Teachers”. The subjects were the private preschool teachers in Tainan County.372 samples were got by using randomly stratified cluster sampling. The valid ones were 291 and the valid rates reached 78.22%. The findings were listed as follows: 1. The working pressure of preschool teachers was at middle high. In all domains, the preschool administrative pressure was the highest and then the human relation pressure and preschool competition pressure. 2. When facing pressure, the preschool teachers could solve the problems with positive attitude. They could seek assistance from professional resources and could not use the strategy of avoidance or had function. 3. In the fit of the model of working pressure and coping strategy, the model of this study accorded with the preliminary fit criteria. In the effect between variables and the effect of observing index on the model of working pressure and coping strategy, this study showed that the result was consistent with the current situation of working pressure and coping strategy. Therefore, the result of this study could be reference for the preschool teachers. |
