本研究之目的在於了解護理人員自覺疲勞狀況及其相關因子,以立意取樣選擇台中、彰化、南投之臨床護理人員為研究對象,以自覺疲勞問卷為調查工具,共完成356名護理人員。 結果顯示,疲勞症狀盛行率前5名依序為眼睛疲勞(28.7%)、相睡(24.8%)、打哈吹(24.3%)、想躺下(20.8%)、腰痛(19.9%);護理人員疲勞情形與其服務醫院型態、服務單位、年齡、針扎次數有相關。而護理人員自認影響疲勞因子之前5名的依次為工作量大、需輪班、福利待遇、身體狀況差、工作壓力大;自認可改善疲勞方法之前五名依序為自已多休息、院方多請人手、提高福利待遇、改善輪班方式、增加休假天數。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study are to assess the status of subjective fatigue among nurses and its associated factors. A modified questionnaire that includes subjective symptoms of fatigue was used as the investigation method. A total 356 subjects completed the questionnaire in this study. The result shows that the top 5 prevalence of fatigue-related symptoms in nurses were visual fatigue, drowsiness, yawning, want to lie down, and waist pain. Fatigue scores of nurses were significantly related to hospital type, division, age, and number of needle-stick injury. The top 5 self-rated factors posing influence on fatigue were work loading, shift work, salary, health status, and stress.
