可信賴專業活動(entrustable professional activities, EPAs)是以能力為導向之醫學教育(competency-based medical education, CBME)。本文目的為探討EPAs於以能力為導向的醫學教育及建構EPAs於兒科第一年基層護理師護理專業能力的評估工具。包括描述EPAs架構、評量尺度,運用於兒科護理EPAs架構及其於兒科護理之建置與臨床運用。發展兒科第一年基層護理師護理專業能力的評估工具,共有四個主題執行兒童靜脈注射照護、執行兒童口服給藥照護、執行兒童生命徵象測量及照護、執行兒童家庭評估照護,兒科第一年基層護理師護理專業能力的評估工具評定,具有良好的專家效度、內在一致性信度及評分者間一致性。EPAs運用於建置兒科第一年基層護理師護理專業能力的評估工具,可運用於兒科新進人員訓練計畫。 |
英文摘要 |
Entrustable professional activities (EPAs) is a competency-based medical education (CBME). The purpose of this article was to explore EPAs in CBME and apply EPAs in constructing Pediatric Nursing Ability Assessment Instruments (PNAAI). The contents of this article included EPAs conceptual framework, levels of scale, and application in constructing PNAAI. PNAAI included 4 themes (making pediatric intravenous injection care, making pediatric oral administration care, taking pediatric vital sign, and making pediatric family assessment). PNAAI had satisfactory content validity, content reliability, and inter-rater reliability. EPAs can be applied in constructing the PNAAI and this instrument can be used for new nursing staffs during the first training program. |
