教育本土化的政策具體而微地反映在國民中小學的鄉土教學科目上。然而在實際的鄉土教育實施上,鄉土教學科目卻並未受到相對的重視,反而是一些輔助性的競賽或活動成為鄉土教育的重點。鄉土教學科目本身也因其既有的問題,諸如師資缺乏、與其他科目內容重疊、教學時間不足、教材不盡適用等,而在實施上出現困難。事實上,鄉土教育的實施不宜以獨立設科的型態出現,而應融合在各科目教材中,作為各科教材的一部份。配合九年一貫課程的實施,鄉土教材可與各大領域教材作適當的統整,並以協同教學的方式整合不同專長的人力,讓鄉土教育以更合理而有效的方式實施。 |
英文摘要 |
The native education subjects in junior high schools and elementary schools are minimalized conceming education indigenization. However, some relative activities, but not the subjects, have been emphasized in curriculum implementation. Because of existing problems in the subjects, the subjects are not easily arranged in schools. For example, there are not enough teachers and teaching time for the subjects; some content overlaps with other subjects; subject matters could not be applied to every classroom. In fact, native education should be fused in the other subjects, in place of the type of single subject. In the future ”nine-year curriculum” program, native education could be integrated with ”seven fields” curriculum, and be implemented by team-teaching. Through this method, native education would be more reasonable and effective. |
