本研究目的是探討體育班學生建言動機、建言行為及學生承諾之間的關係,學生建言動機是反應建言行為和學生承諾的重要指標,因此學生建言動機在此研究被使用來驗證對建言行為和學生承諾之影響。研究對象共745人,均就讀國內高中體育班。研究方法使用結構方程模式(SEM),研究結果顯示:一、研究各變項具有良好的建構信度、效度與整體適配度,可做爲瞭解高中體育班建言動機、建言行為、學生承諾的有效測量工具;二、體育班學生建言動機對建言行為以及學生承諾有直接效果,而建言行為對學生承諾有直接效果。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between voice behavior motivation, voice behavior and student commitment of physical education class students. Student voice behavior motivation is an important indicator of voice behavior and student commitment, so student voice behavior motivation is used in this study to verify its influence on voice behavior and student commitment. A total of 745 subjects were enrolled in domestic high school sports classes. Structural equation model (SEM) was used in this study. The results show that: 1. The variables in this study have good construction reliability, validity and overall fit, which can be used as an effective measurement tool to understand voice behavior motivation, voice behavior and student commitment in high school PE class; 2. Voice behavior motivation of PE students has a direct effect on voice behavior and student commitment, while voice behavior has a direct effect on student commitment.
