A lack of knowledge about mental health care can put stress on patients' families, communities, and countries. Few studies have examined mental health literacy. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between mental health literacy, personality, learning outcomes, and well-being. Purposive sampling was employed, and the study included 126 youths, including 69 male and 57 female participants. The results showed that optimistic personality had a significant statistical influence on mental health literacy. Thus, mental health literacy also affected the subjective wellbeing and learning outcomes of youths. Moreover, the results showed that optimistic personality could enhance the academic achievements of youths through their mental health literacy but did not have a statistically significant influence on well-being.
