本研究之主旨在探討雲嘉南地區國民中學教育人員知覺校長轉型領導與學校效能關係,為達上述目的,對雲嘉南地區國民中學教育人員實施調查。調查所得資料,經t考驗、單因子變異數分析、典型相關等統計方法加以處理之後,獲得下列結論: 一、國民中學男性教育人員、年齡愈長、服務年資愈長對校長型領導與學校效能有較高的知覺。 二、國中教育人員擔任組長與導師、專任教師對校長轉型領導與學校效能的知覺較低。 三、研究所以上(含四十學分班)、一般大學畢業教師對於校長轉型領導的知覺,高於師範校院相關科系畢業的教師。 四、雲林縣、 五、國民中學教育人員因學校規模不同,發現個人魅力、鼓舞激勵二個層面13-24班的平均數較高,而建立願景、激發潛能、個別關懷無顯著差異。 六、研究所以上(含四十學分班)對學校效能的知覺較高。 七、雲林縣、嘉義市地區在學校效能各層面的平均數比其他縣市高,但臺南縣地區在課程教學安排、師生互動關係層面的平均數比嘉義市地區高。 八、不同規模學校的國中教育人員對學校效能的知覺,除了課程教學安排、社區家長參與層面達顯著差異外,其餘各層面皆未能達到顯著差異。 九、國民中學教育人員所知覺的校長轉型領導與學校效能有正相關存在。 |

The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between principals' transformational leadership and school effectiveness of junior high schools in Yunlin, Chiayi, and Tainan Region, Taiwan. In order to accomplish the objective mentioned above, this study was conducted with survey study. A composed questionnaire was sent to the educators of junior high schools in the specific regions. The questionnaire data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 for Windows. Statistics methods including t-test, one way ANOVA, and Canonical correlation were applied. The conclusions of this research were as follows: 1. Educators of junior high schools of the male gender, the older, and the longer of service years scored higher on the perception of principals' transformational leadership and school effectiveness. 2. Section chiefs, mentors, and full-time teachers of junior high schools scored lower on the perception of principals' transformational leadership and school effectiveness. 3. Teachers with graduate institute or above academic background, including classes of 40 credit hours, and of general university graduates, scored higher on the perception of. Principals' transformational leadership than those who graduated from normal colleges or universities. 4. Junior high school educators in Yunlin County and Chiayi City scored wholly higher on the perception of principals' transformational leadership. 5. The educators in schools with 13-24 classes scored higher on the terms of charisma idealized influence and inspirational motivation, but on the terms of vision building, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration showed no significant difference on account of the different sizes of schools. 6. Educators with graduate institute academic background above, including classes of 40 credit hours, scored higher on the perception of school effectiveness. 7. The junior high school educators in Yunlin County and Chiayi City scored higher on each term of school effectiveness than the others, but those in Tainan County scored higher than in Chiayi City on the terms of curricula and instruction arrangement and teacher-pupil interactive relationship. 8. There was no significant difference of the perception of junior high school educators on school effectiveness among different sizes of schools, but dimensions of curricula and instruction arrangement and parental participation excluded. 9. There was a positive significant correlation of the perception of junior high school educators in principals' transformational leadership and school effectiveness. |
